Aramex Ltd accepted a parcel for delivery on 26th Jan at Delhi to Kolkata. The parcel as per their tracking system reached Kolkata on 2 Feb. Cons No 6209278725. I was continuously calling up their customer service that only kept saying that their Kolkata Ops is not responding. After 15 days of continuous follow up and after wrting to their Country Head, on 24th Feb, they casually inform that the item is lost!!! I am using courier service for the past 30 years and this is the first time I have seen an item disappearing in thin air. At least Indian comapnies are afraid but the MNCs have no care. Can this company do the same in US?
