Dear sir,

I have booked one gift from rediffmail.com in first week on feb and same has been couired by aramex courier Mumbai from Sheetal diamond mumbai. i have mailed and called them so many times, but till now they are unable to give my gift and unable to give the status. sheetal diamonds say contact to aramex and aramex say that contact to sheetal diamond. I am attaching the mail correspondance below between me and aramex and sheetal diamond mumbai.

please help me out to get my gift.

As per our telecom today and Thursday also, we talked about my courier taking sheetal diamond in conference. He wanted my order no. that I have already given to him on Thursday itself i.e order no. is 5147841. I again talked him today. Please let me know whether u r given my courier to me or not?

Note:- Sheetal Diamond please provide the details to Aramex for delivering my courier or book it once again to correct address.

Further to the below query, as per our teleconversation, please be informed we have investigated on this matter and as per our destination office we have a shipment on hold as there is no awb # and address mentioned. After the conference call we have had with the shipper, we request you to kindly speak with the shipper as per his request so that we can proceed further. In the meantime the shipment is kept on hold at Delhi office for further instructions from us.

I have contacted you several times over phone, mails and by all means, but I didn’t get my problem resolved from your end. I have booked a gif from rediff.Com in the starting of feb month and it was supposed to be delivered within a week. But till not I have received the same even no information regarding the same, that my gift is lying. You people are not TAKING ANY botheration to give the service to your customer or even not bother to inform the same. Your site is saying that consignment is lying in delhi. And delhi people says that they didn’t received the same from mumbai.

I have booked it to present it on my wedding anniversary but IT WAS NOT DELIVERY ON TIME, secondly I thought that I WILL PRESENT IT ON VALENTINE BUT NOT DELIVERED, all occasions has been over, but my gift is vanished / no information of that. If you can’t give the service to your customer that YOU DON’T HAVE RIGHT TO TAKE MONEY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

I ONCE AGAIN REQUESTING TO YOU DELIVERY THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST. MY WAY BILL NO. 6117138613 and delivery address is:-
