My name is Karam Singh, I am Consumer of Indian Oil Gas, and consumer number is 19656.

I have booked cyclinder 2 times but I have got the SMS that your cylinder has been delivered. But physically, I have not got any cylinder.

You are requested to kindly do the needful.
