This is referance to meeting with our representetive in your office regarding theft Investigation of the vehicle bearing

chassis No. MA6AB6G768HJ84496, ENGINE NO. 3IH85087.

We have came across two invoices issued for the same chassis and Engine no. having diffrent dates and diffrent value of the

vehicle.

Invoice No. AVK/0680-10 was issued on 29-10 for Rs. 941424.00 and Invoice No. AVK/0539-10 was issued on 10-12 for Rs. 773924.00

We would like to know from you...

1. How a vehicle sold to customer has two Invoices with diffrent dates and values?

2. The Invoice No. AVK/0680-10 has date 29-10 and Invoice No. AVK/0539-10 has date 10-12, How it is possible that the invoice issued on later date has 0539 no. and earlier has 0680, Sr. nos. are not in sequance with the date.

You are requested to explain the aforesaid descripancies at earliest enabling us to proceed further in the matter

now in responce to which I have sent mails to the dealer of Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd, Goreagaon, Mumbai .and inspite of myself and the insurance guys calling the dealer repeatedly we still have NOT got any feedback from them.

I am afraid I amnow going public for the same and make sure that people do know how the dealers of chervolet (which I thought was a reputed company) are performing/cheating and giving no responce to their clients.

It has been almost 6 months and I still have not heard from them as yet. They have been doing businesss with D.S.A's such as Riddi Auto whose proprietor is Mrs. Bina Sanjay Nagvekar and against whom there are several cases of cheating/fraudent registered in Mumbai.

I fail to understand that how can A reputed company like Chervolet be so irr-responsible and have dealers like Ashtavinayak Auto Pvt Ltd.

I am without a vehicle due to the negligance and laid back attitude of Reliance Insurance company and Chervolet Dealers. Inspite of my Vehicle being stolen within couple of days last year november I have been paying the Installments to the bank from whom the car loan was taken. NOW IT IS the company CHERVOLET and teh reliance Insurance company who is responsible for my losses and harresment.

Inspite of my repeated reminders no one has reverted back to me and if at all my case is not solved at the earliest then unwantedly i will have to know the doors of Consumer court, where in I will go beyond to make sure that no customer is taken for granted by such companies.

I do expect a positive reply at the earliest and without any further delays.

I also expect the dealer to reply to my emails and phonecalls.
