Cheating a consume

Sir,

I Shri BalaramMirdha, Survey Knowing Commissioner, District Judge Court, Phulbani, Kandhamal, Orissa, beg to state that I am a consumer of HP Gas Company, vide my Consumer No.609717.Booking was made by me on 30, 4 for home delivery. Since then I have attended the gas office as well as I have contacted the gas dealer at Phulbani, but he is playing hide and seek with me. Today one gas load vehicle came to my colony, when I approached the worker of the gas agency they bluntly refused to supply me the gas. I am a government servant, It is not possible on my part to attend the gas office to receive the refil cylinder. Due to non delivery of gas I alongwith my family members are harassed mentally.

Therefore, in the fascts and circumstasnces narrated above, I would request you to kindly interfere into the matter and enable me to receive a refill cylinder atan early date. Hope my complaint will give me a permanent solution.
