I was travel in the train No.12445 with my wife & son on dated 24.05.2011 from New Delhi to Jammu & MY PNR No. is 2421346562. After departure of train from New Delhi Railway station T/c was come to me & I show my identity card to T/c and he asked to my son for show his I.D but that tiem no. I.d was available with my son. Than T/c has alloted the seat to other passenger which was booked inthename ofmy son i.e. Mukesh Kumar. I and my son Mukesh both were travel on the one seat which was booked in my name you are requested to take necessary action against the T/c who was on duty in the coach No. S1 and seat No. 10 on dated 24.05.2011. You are also requested to refund the cost of one ticket which was booked in the name of my son Mukesh Kumar.
