ATUL CARS
DISSERVICE/ NOT LISTENING COMPLAIN OF CUSTOMER AT ALL

Myself RAJAN PATANWADIA, I own a HONDA DIO SCOOTER which I had purchased from ATUL CARS AURANGABAD itself. Buying a scooter from them, then also they are not listening/ not respecting customers complain at all. In fact whenever I give them for servicing for solving problems/ condition for better riding I never get satisfactory results, in fact I face more problems like screws are missing, body is throttling, more noises etc... etc. They don't service the vehicle, they disservice and misguide the customer by saying your parts are not working and needs to replace where I found two to three times that it's already working which doesn't need to change at all. Secondly there SERVICE ADVISOR are dumb, blind who don't know the alphabet of engineering, they are just like illiterate people who can't even write in English. At last my request is that please take strict action against staff of ATUL CARS who are misguiding the customers always and not taking customers complain seriously.
