I wish to bring to your kind attention that on 20.06.2010 we have purchased AUDI Q7, 4.2 Litre TDI chasis nos: WAUZDA4L6ADO27555 for use of our Director Mr. Rikiin Bbarot.
On 11th July we observed a crack from the bottom on windscreen, this is more relevant particularly because the Car has been parked in the well protected area and has not encountered in mishap till then.
On morning of 23rd July a flat tyre was observed and when a local repairer was invited to rectify the defect it was detected that a bulge was detected on the side profile of the tyre. It was announced to us that tyre can not be reused and to need to be scrap.
Our surprises were not ended there, when we opted to make use of spare tyre, it is found that tyre does not have adequate cross grooves and treads to get a good grip on the road. We understood from the mechanic that similar Complaints have been experienced by other clients too. You will appreciate that no other Confirmations are required to assert that these defects have been present in the car since its manufacturing stage.
We think it most appropriate to draw your kind attention to the above facts and seek your immediate intervention in replacing in these parts at no extra cost to us. We are sure that you will do the needful to live up to the confidence possessed in your vehicles by your various customers.
