I had purchased a New XLYO from your esteemed organisation located at chowpatty (NBS-International) which has now optained a degree in cheating customers.
The person incharge out there Mr Makrand is not worth beeing in that position which he is currently in as he care a dam for the companies business..
This guy had given me a copy of Private insurance where as my vehicle was registered in commercial name of my company.
And the fact that we came to know this only after the vehicle had met with an accident and the insurance was claimed..
After this incident the person (makrand) claims that were you blind that you could not check this out...
Is this the way a customer is treated and till date we are yet awaiting for the changes to be done in the policy copy..
