Dispute in Installment payment

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your kind notice that I have taken Auto Loan from HDFC bank and for which I am paying the regular installments well beforein time, but I fail to understand the way of working by HDFC that they are showing my one installemnt for the month may pending where as I have submitted the certificate obtained from my banker i.e. UCO BANK and a copy of the same has already been forwarded to their Customer care division.

I am still awaiting the response from them and when I am contacting their customer division they always reply that OUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING, because of their non -cooperation I am in great trouble I am BP patient.

Please take up the matter with them seriously enabling me to abort this issue.
