All this started on the 6th of May when i an unfortunate incident a tree fell on My Honda City's Front Side in Rishikesh.By some means i still drove the car and bought it to delhi to automax honda service station mayapuri as my previous experience of servicing and repair (all paid) was good. The new advisor who met seems not to be interested in whatever he was doing and quickly saw the car and informed that will take 10 days and over that was not good in speaking to a customer and also informed that the insurance i have, is not from a good one and suggested another company (a customer does want to hear this). OK, now the real story starts. 10 days, nothing from automax honda or from the insurance company, after 12 days i called, my advisor was on leaves (all the customers handled by him is now nowhere). a contact in the service station told me that parts are in backlog and they will come in 2 days so will take 2 more days. So as an understanding customer i accepted. Now its been 17 days and nothing from anyone of the parties. I spoke to the advisor and he said that the car is ready but did not get the delivery approvals from the insurance company, i spoke to the insurance company and it says that the pay order and photos are not sent by the automax honda. As a pendulum these guyz just sent me to the other. It was really frustrating so i hung up the phone after making a conference between them and have decided to go to automax honda and speak to the manager and pay the amount in full and get the car. Will keep you posted.
