I Dear Sir,
I brought a car (used) from Carwale (Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Paramjyot) on 15 May But as of now I am not recived RC book and other documents.
I am continuesly co-ordinate with Mr. Abhishek but he always give me fauls commitments, Mr. Abhishek tols me that your company will free the nerul place/office, because the company is not affored the rent of nerul office and he pressurinsed me to purchaed the car ASAP and he commited to me that one or two days I will get RC book. so that I called to Mr. Salil but he is also same like Mr. Abhishek only talking and no work.
After all this, I try to contact Mr. Tufail Khan (Sr. for Abhishek nad Salil) but he was not picking mobile phone (9833555878), so I write the e-mail.
I am not happy with the service, what ever Carwale providing to me. Each and every time I am only calling to company team and no one called up me from company side.
Mr. Salil told that he will provide RC book on 12 June.
Mr. Tufail told me that within 2-3 days i will get RC book, but now its 21/06 almost one months. I called up Andheri RTO, they tols me that they not yet recieved any request for duplicate RC book for Car # MH02-AU-5478. I try to called up Mr. Amit (RTO agent for carwale) but he was not piking his phone from last 3-4 days, so i called up Mr. Tufail but he is also not answer me properly.
I wat to resolved my car's RC book (original owner) problem.

PN: I am not get car insurance due to this.
