Autopace Network Pvt Ltd
Delay in Delivery of Maruti Suzuki Swift Vdi

It’s really had bad experience with me if I am writing over here. Six months back I have decided to buy a new premium hatchback car, at that time have two options Fiat Grande Punto & Maruti Suzuki Swift Vdi, but after R & D I have decided to go with Maruti Suzuki Swift vdi, because of the customer service they provide, peace of mind factor & Maruti’s repo for after sale service. I guess all the factors on which I have decided to go with Maruti went into vain.

How this bad story goes:

In September I have reached Autopace Networks Pvt. Ltd. to book a Maruti Suzuki Swift Vdi, along with that I told them that I need a car of January manufacturing. At that time booking period they told me was of 3 to 4 months. Their Salaes Manager told me that if you book your car in September you will only get December manufacturing car, which I don’t wanted. They suggested me it would be better if book your car in October then you will able to get January manufacturing car & delivery would also be expected in January. I happily agreed with that, so I booked my car on 10 October given Rs. 50, 000 as booking amount & they told me you will get your car within 3 to 4 months. They also ensured me that you will get your car in January last week only. On the booking form they haven’t written any delivery date, I asked the sales executive for the same, he replied with full confidence “Sir, you don’t worry for this, you will get your car on time”. I said Okay, I trusted his words & signed the document. I got booking id SOB 09001422.

So I waited for this long period & reached Autopace, met the sales manager on 25 January regarding the car status. In reply he told me that you will get your car on 27-28 January he said I will inform you by myself. To confirm the same, I asked him twice “Are you committing on this thing? ” He said yes to my confirmation.

On manager’s commitment I approved my loan from bank on same day. I have taken the draft of full amount of car price & reached Autopace on 27 January. On reaching there Sales Manager told to me that car is not in stock, you will not able to get your car today. On asking him about his commitment, he said I haven’t committed anything regarding car delivery. On the same day he ensured me that you will get your car before 31 January. I called up Sales Manager on 31 January for the car status, but somebody else picked up the phone I told me that sales manager is out for two days.

I had to submit the documents signed by the Autopace for the delivery, Sales invoice & insurance information before 27 January along with that interest has been started on my loaned amount. Now who will pay my interest?

So now where the Maruti Dealers commitment goes? I am totally harassed by the Autopace. Please take appropriate action against the Autopace & deliver my car immediately,

Thanks & Regards,
