Today morning (30/7/10) I have travelled by a rickshaw (MH-02, QA) from Thakur village to Charcop Kandivali. The meter was tampered so generally it shows 4.50 to 4.70 for this distance but the meter shows 5.70.whn i refused to pay that amout and asked the driver to visit nearby police station the person started using abusive language. So I shall request you to take a proper measure to this offender.
