I was travelling from Chennai to Kolkata by AIR INDIA flight AI 766 (date 2nd June). With snacks came a scratch card which indicated that I have won a Paul Phillippe (Exact Spelling) watch. I took delivery of this watch from AVA shop at Kolkata Airport by paying Rs. 599.
After returning home I gifted this watch to my son. He immediately searched the website and found that the spelling of the original watch is different and I have been cheated by both Air India (a flying return customer also). The country of origin is not mentioned any where in the body or the leaflets that was provided with the watch.
I feel I was completely cheated by Air India (The National Carrier).
I would like to get the refund and compensation for what they have done alongwith AVA to turnish thwe name of Air India founded by the most ethical person Bharat Ratna J R D Tata.
The Airlines and AVA have done a very unethical act and they are cheating the passengers every day.
