I purchase an Avon E- scoot Invoice No. 237on dt. 17/02/10 from Vibhor Enterprises. Its model E-Scoot Chassis No. 091113771 & motor No. 228-0911-8530 but I faced many problems with scoot, Firstly I faced problem in September and I complaint with vibhor Enterprises they solved problem against Rs. 1000/- after One week I faced problem again due to back wheel is totally jamed scooty cant moved anywhere at Faridabad I complaint this to Baba Motors Faridabad But they replied its not purchasing by us so we can't handle it against warranty, Then I contact with vibhor Entp. with wheel after removing from scoot on dated 15.01.11. They said our mechanic can't repair it we send motor to avon company at Ludhiana. But after one week they replied us they can repair it but charges are Rs. 1200/- when I object it they said I can’t repair it if you don’t paid that’s charges you can talk directly to avon company. When I talk to company with Mr. Harish Sharma Marketing Incharge of avon they said to me I will talk to distributors they send us motors. But after fifteen days I don’t received any satisfied reply by company or distributors after reminder by phone daily.
