I have booked my gas cylinder for home delivery on15.01.2011 &my Booking No. – 330434 but till today 29.01.2011 not delivered. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening. If the Gas Agency is not doing their job in well manner then I think, their license should be cancelled.
