Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a Bajaj Discover 125 cc on 25-08 form " SRI VED AUTOMOTIVES, 178, AJMER ROAD, PRATAP PURA, AGRA- " of following details:

engine no. DSGBNB-63230

service book manual 535119

invoice no. 1082/p

insurance cover note 810

E/W 0434871

Since the day I purchased the bike the services was done on the regular basis 3-4 months, from the same dealer and never from any unauthorized person, total running is 25000 km. 2 months back from now the engine of the bike was making loud rattle sound and it was very distracting when i went to the service center they told me that the engine will be opened and it need to be bore which will cost approx Rs. 5500/-

Please tell me in just 25, 000 km and 4 years with every service at dealer I am facing such problem, every time the service is done in my abscence and i am sure that the part of my bike are changed.

Please look into the matter and revert me on priority basis as this is my first bike and I purchased it from my heart.

Please take a prompt action.
