TRANSFER VOUCHER ISSUED BY SAURAB KALIA PANCHRUKHI GAS AGENCY IN THE MONTH OF MAY NOT ENTERTAINED BY M/S PALAM GAS AGENCY ON THE PRETEXT THAT THE INDANE GAS COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING M/S PALAM GAS SERVICES ON-LINE COMPUTER FACILITES. AFTER REPEATED VISITS TO THE LOCAL DEALER AND ON THE INTERVENTION OF COMPANY LOCAL AREA OFFICER OF THE COMPANY, TO ENTERTAIN TRANSFER VOUCHER BY MAINTAINING RECORD MANUALLYAND ISSUE REFILL AND NOT HARASS ME, ONE REFILL GIVEN IN THE MONTH OF JUNE, WITHOUT ANY VOUCHER OR FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS OF THE LOCAL OFFICER TO MANUALLY ISSUE THE CONNECTION.THEREAFTER, AFTER MANY VISITS AND VERBAL ALTERCATIONS, ON 12TH AUGUST, THE DEALER ENTERTAINED THE TRANSFER VOUCHER AND ISSUED CONSUMER NUMBER 33560 AND BOOKED GAS REFILL AT SL.NO.658 DATED 12.8.2010.BUT NO REFILL GIVEN INSPITE OF REPEATED ASSURANCE THAT GAS IS BEING SUPPLIED. ON 27.8. THE DEALER WHEN CONTACTED ON PHONE THET WHY EVERY DAY HIS OFFICE IS MISLEADING, SAYS THAT THERE IS GAS SHORTAGE AND THE PUBLIC IS REQUIRED TO STAND IN QUE AMONG A CROWD OF 200 PERSONS AND COLLECT GAS ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVICE BASIS.INSPITE OF DEPUTING A PERSON TO COLLECT GAS..THIE MATTER WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OS THE REGIONAL GAS OFFICER OF THE COMPANY WHO ADVISED NOT TO STAND IN ANY QUE AND GAS WILL BE SUPPLIED HOME DELIVERY.BUT IN THIS FREE FOR ALL BASIS MY PERSONS WAS SENT EMPTY HANDED ON THE PLEA THAT BY THE TIME HIS TURN CAME THE SUPPLIES STAND DISTRIBUTEDTHIS IS PURE HARRASSMENT, AUTOCRACY BY THE DEALER AND SMELLS OF CORRUPT PRACTICES!!!

COMPLAINT IS MADE HEREIN TO INDANE GAS AUTHORITIES TO ENQUIRE AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE DEALER AS TO THAT WHAT SORT OF DISTRIBUTION IS THIS? DOES THIS NOT LEADS TO MISUSE OF SUPPLIES? GRANTING ILLEGAL FAVOUR TO SELECTED PEOPLE OF DEALER'S CHOICE? I AM A RETIRED CLASS-I OFFICER AND A SENIOR CITIZEN, WHY SHOULD I STAND IN A QUE OF HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TO TAKE GAS REFILL WEN THE COMPANY CHARGES FOR IN-HOME SUPPLIES. MY RESIDENCE IS HARDLY 200 YARDS FROM THE DEALER'S OFFICE. WHAT IS THE PLIGHT OF FAR OFF CONSUMERS? IF THERE IS SHORTAGE OF GAS, WHETHER IT IS DUE TO SUCH MAL DISTRIBUTION PRACTICES OR GENIUNE. WHY SOME PERSONS WHERE ABLE TO BRING THREE CYLINDERS AND THOSE WITH ADVANCE BOOKING SENT BACK.
