PARTS PROBLEM

Dear Sir

I purchase BAJAJ PLATINA 100CC on 15.10.2009 from SHEIL BAJAJ AUTO, BYEPASS ROAD, AGRA, after 20 DAYS, of purchase i found a problem in BATTERY i went to the workshop for the same and got changed after many argues with them, THIS IS NOT A GENUINE PARTS (THE GENUINE PART IS EXIDE BATTERY BUT THEY GIVE ME THE BATTERY THE COMPANY OF MINDA), again after FEW DAYS the same problem arises and go to worshop again and they are asking me Rs 100/-FOR EXCHANGE THE PART, i request them to change my bike or replace this part in warranty but they refuse to do so. I am driving, bikes & scooter for more than 7-8 years but i face this type of problem first time in my life. Sir, i requested you to pls resolve my problem at the earliest. I am very much dissatified customer of Hero Honda and wants to replce my bike or got repairs of my bike at no cost.
