Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a bike on 11 Feb 10, Bajaj Discover (100 CC), with
Ganpati Auto, Baberpur, Shahdara & taken delivery on 12 Feb 10. The
first service of Bike was due between 500 to 750 Kms. On 21 Feb 10,
first service was done by Fair Deal Auto service, Patparganj, Shahdra.
On 22 Feb 10 in the morning, the engine of the new bike blocked. We
approached to the dealer and service centre but nobody is ready to
take responsibility of replacement of bike. Both the firms are saying
only repairing will be done but as we bought new bike in last 10 days
only, replacement should be done by the company. Why this type of big
fault appeared in the engine? After discussion with both the firm, I
compelled to take the bike after repaired the engine. Then I call on
Bajaj customer care and speak to Mr. Niranjan, Customer care officer.
He registered a complain against Fair Deal Auto service, Patparganj,
Shahdra as they are the authorized dealer of Bajaj for Ganapati Auto vide complaint no. 20222. Next day AGM of the said dealer call me and told me that bike
is ok and he closed the complained. He written in the reply that he
has seen the bike on that day but I did not go to him with or without
bike that day due to my busy schedule. I requested again to Bajaj customer care
officer and he has taken again my complain for higher authorities of
Bajaj on 25 Feb 10 but till now there is no action taken by the Bajaj
higher authorities. Even there is not a single call from them. It is my humble request to you to help me in replacing the bike with a new one from Bajaj auto at an early date.
