Dear Sir,

I have purchased Bajaj bike (model-XCD 135 with

Disc brakes) 4th October. Since beginning I have been told by the dealer that service book was not available with this bike and will get free service upto two years. But they gave me assurance that in future I will never face any sort of problem related to the servicing of my bike because of service book. Upto seven services I face some problem but they did it free of cost after some complaint. Now on my eighth service I paid the charges and one of the gentle man Mr. Madhab (Mobile no: 8826269693) Manager of Fair Deal Bajaj, C1; South Ganesh Nagar, Main Patparganj, Delhi-92 told me that at the time of service showing RC will resolve the problem and you will get the service free. But now neither Mr. Madhab is picking up my phone nor the servicing people are considering my RC as valid proof to provide service.

All these things never expected from the company like Bajaj. As an esteemed customer of your product I just put a gentle complain regarding this and hope that my problem will sort out as soon as possible.
