I m very dissatisfied with the way the manager of the Bajaj Auto Finance Limited Office in Bangalore Responded to me. I had been to Office to collect the RC book and the answer I got from the person who attended my query was to collect the RC book from the Showroom where I purchased the vehicle. However, I had been to the Showroom R.V.Bajaj (Mysore Road, Bangalore) and they have given a copy of the Acknowledgement with other vehicle numbers in the list. After collecting the Acknowledgement from the Showroom I went to BAFL Office to collect it again thro’ a different Representative even he referred me to Showroom, but I showed him the Acknowledgement and then the answer was “WE HAVE LOST THE RC BOOK AND WE CAN ISSUE A DUPLICATE RC”. I was not Ready to take that as an answer and he asked me to talk to the manager. When I spoke to the Manager he was keep telling the Other Person to convey me to accept Duplicate RC in Hindi (Where I pretended saying that I don’t know Hindi). He was not even Ready to accept his Mistake and Kept Saying that he can issue only DRC. He did not respect me as an Individual, Not ready to solve the Problem. He wants me to wait for One More Month, wherein the loan was cleared 2years back and the vehicle was Purchased on October and for they rejected one more loan because of the fact that I had never paid the insurance amount of Rs.730/-. I paid that amount and got the loan for my next vehicle (KA 02 HE 6680). I had never experienced such a pathetic response earlier where I had one more vehicle (KA 01 S 9640) where there never made me wait for 15 minutes to issue me RC book and Duplicate Key. But now I was embarrassed to get a Response from a Manager to agree with his so Called SOLUTION to me to accept the Duplicate RC.
Please Respond me to Me or to my Son Mr. Vinay R about this Problem.
