This was my mail sent twice to BAFL who did not even care to give me any feedback
and now sending this mail to you as a reference to my complaint

Respected Sir / Madam,
Sub: About my vehicle MH-12 CW 5285 Model CT100 Loan Account No :402131126
I Mr. Avinash Anant Chorghe had purchased above said motorcycle in June- 2005 by loan fro BAFL Documents of all above said motorcycle was misplaced by me. but i was paying your EMI Rs. 1094/- Regularly (if you have any doubts about this see my track record) As per your record I am suppose to give you 2 EMI's and as per my knowledge I already paid 2 advance EMI while purchasing the bike.
Only Problem from my side was i was not paying your EMI by cheques due to some disputes with my bank. But I was paying all of your EMI by cash to your representatives their Mobile Nos are 9767896361 & 9970048348. Most of the cash EMI Paid where i called your representatives. I asked them to send me the statement of my account on my mail because I wanted to clear the fact that if i paid all EMI or not, but your representative never responding to this.
Now on 2nd feb your recovery agency (Goga Supekar - Shraddha Agency Mob. 9158279999) took my vehilcle from my employee who didn't know any fact without giving any receipt.
I have some questions in my mind as follows
1) Is it permitted by you to took vehicle from road and other person (My employee) than Owner without giving any receipts?
2) The person who paid 46 EMI why not paying 2 EMIS? do you give him any notice?
3) Do you keep customer records or not?
4) Weather my case is case of Intention to not pay or what?
5) Weather I go to the consumer court?
6) Weather I file the FIR of missing my Bike?
Above questions are more important for me than my vehicle for which i already pay all EMIS with Interest to your company.
Please reply them.

(I send this mail to you on 4th Feb and waiting for reply till today. In the meanwhile my vehicle which possess by you had been sold by your company as per rule of BAFL. They said me that they sent me settlement Notice but the said settlement Notice not received on my address till date.)
As per my information my vehicle was sold by your company without considering or informing to me)
I would like to get the following document for my information
a) Any Legal Notice sent to me by your company.
b) Agreement copy between me and BAFL at the time of disbursement of Loan.
c) My vehicle already sold out without my consent and without any legal information given to me as a customer.
d) Letter of closing my account & causes for the same.
