Irregular presentation of ECS

Dear Sir,

I have taken loan for purchasing two wheeler from Bajaj Auto Finance and submitted date of ECS as th of every month. But the above company failed to present the said ECS in time and presenting the same at their convenience by which I have been charged Rs. 552/- (Rupees Five hundred and fifty two only) towards ECS DR Charges for the months of October and March.

In this connection, I have requested the company for reimbursement of the same for which I was allotted "Request ID No: A0321249".

I have made all the required correspondence with the company, but the company instead of reimbursing the amount simply mailed as mentioned below.

As per your statement of account there is no excess amount to be refunded.
