Poor service

Dear sir; i had left my two wheeler for servicing under out of warranty, (Bajaj Pulsar 150cc) on 9.7.2010 at SAYAR BAJAJ opposite to GH Tiruvannamalai.

They asked promission date of delivery ti 12.7.2010. but till now thehy are not repair my bike and they said there is no sapre parts available and they refused to tell the proper estimation cost, so that i had complaint to customer care cell (CR-47279) they said a respective person will revert me with in 3 days, but yet i am not received any information from the customer care side as well as from the service centre. my bike yet reside at the service centre.
