I have registered my complaint againg poor product quality of Bujaj Pulsar Motorcycle 150 DSI. on September month 2010. I also received confirmation reply on mail id and Mobile no. 9811773374 that Once of the representative from Bujaj would make call on my no. But i did not received any call. When i call to customer care no., that guy also promissed me that you will receive a call from one of our officer. Again this is a false commitment.
I again made a complaint on customer care mail id. on dated 14/Oct. But all is uselss. Complaint no. was CR-55195. I received a message on my mobile no. that action has been taken, but no confirmation.
Still my problem is not resolved. I purchased Bujaj Pulsar 150 DTSi on April. But just after Six to Seven month there were some cracks on Digital meter glass. I thought it was just of SUN heat. I also told the same to the guy who was representing Bujaj at Durga Puri RAJIV RAJ service center. He told me that it is happened just because of accident. I told him that there is no any accident happended. If it is an accidental issue than why there is a cracks on Meter Glass, not on the other parts of bike. He was speach less.
For the same issue i mailed on customer care mail id and called on customer care no. but all are useless. There is no respnce and solution from their side.
I hope you will take action against this and would provide solution against this problem.
This is not a issue of small money it is a issue of customer right. If i have purchased any consumer product that it is expected that I would give life long good result.
