To whom it may concern
Its again the same story, the story of how we Indians are made to realise not to trust the old ailing maharaja . my wife innocently booked a ticket in our national carrrier from new delhi to ahmedabad on 8 nov with time of expected departure at 1.30 pm hardly realising that it would really be most horrifying flight of her lifetime. Till 11.30am there were constant sms stating that flight would be in time .suddenly a call comes from air india that flight is cancelled de to technical reasons .shocked my wife approached air india counter who after great persuation agreed to to adjust her inone of their flights scheduled to depart at 7.opm . but again as the passengers were gearing up for their destination another announcement shattered their dreams of reaching home in time this time the scheduled time was 8.15pm . by this time passengers lost their cool and demanded answers from concerned authorities who obviously are suffering from congenital deafness and r technically most incompetant. Finally after two more announcements boarding started at 9.30.but the poor passengers had no idea that they had to wait one more hour in our national carrier to finally fly at 10.30pm.
why r the authorities so indifferent to passengers
when would we as indians trust our own airlines
when we will punish those responsible for these incompitent behaviour.hope i get some answers from some one
