My self NIHAR RANJAN ROUT, i have perchase a bike in Dec, 1997 in AAKAR MOTERS, VAPI, Gujarat state, after that i have complete my loan amount in Feb14, but after that Bajaj Finance department or Showroom wonner not give me bike's Registration cirtificate or Finance NOC cirtificate, Now i am trans fer to Hyderabad, i have mentaly harash kindly help me.
