Crankage broken want a new one, not available in Pune

Hi

We had purchased Bajaj Wave in since than for some or other reason we are facing issues with the vehicle. After an year the service stations started telling that parts are not available this was ridiculous and for company like BAJAJ we never expected that we will face such issues. Currently the crankage is broken and when we went for buying/replacing new one we got the answer that not available and they will try to buy it in sometime. Now it has been 3 months we are unable to use the vehicle, and still the company guys say parts not available they don't even do something as alternative like vehicle exchange in such cases as bcoz of their failure customer is suffering and in any form this is against customer rights.

BAJAJ should look into this matter asap as I see a lot of customers who have purchased BAJAJ WAVE are facing problem due to this and this will lead to customer disatisfaction. :(

Kindly look into the matter.
