Dear Sir, I just wanted to clarify that whether banks are liable for the acts of their agents appointed by them for securing loans for cars. Whether the consumer forums can pass stay orders/ restraining orders against bank from encashing cheques against loans for purchase of cars. Whether consumer forums have power to punish the banks for violating such stay/ restraining orders.. Thanks you
