Goods damage, missing items

I have shifted my house hold from Ghaziabad to B'lore thru Omaxe Packers & movers delhi, all the goods are damaged, Items missing, Charged for full insurance, & now no body is there to contact, the contact person Mr Goel saying, do what ever you want to do, they will not give the claim for the insured goods for the items missing & damaged, horrible service & highly unreliable company,
