Not deliver at right time and poor respose

I booked the gas cylinder on 18th may but i am not yet received the cylinder its more than a month we waited for a cylinder we called so many times bu response was very poor and the service was very worst everybody in our family was disturbed because of this issue my no is 3376 i dont know why this much of late...
