Goods not received

I booked my Goods on 10th Sep from Mumbai (Vasai rd.) to Kolkata (Howrah).

I was told that the goods will reach to my kolkata home within 7-10 days. Where as till today (29th Sep), i have still not received my goods, its 20 days.

When called to the Packer & Movers Company, they ask for the balance money to be transferred into their account instead of trying to give my goods.

I was further told that my goods will not be delivered if i dont pay the balance monay.

I am stuck into deep trouble ans very much dissatisfied.
