With duly respectfully to inform you that i am Tanushree Das staying at Dubrajpur, dist-Birbhum. i have a dealership of L.P.G (H.P.C.L) gas at dubrajpur. at the dated 14-08 i buy the car TATA MANZA from CITYMOTORS at SURI, BIRBHUM. at that time i heard that manza is good car and service are easy and neasrest dealer BdMotors durgapur.i use my car daily to send school for my little child, who are class in K.G (now stop his class for not present vechile). Last dated 04-02 i send my car for 4th serviceing and also complain for
1. A.C NOT COOLING
2. DRIVER SEAT DISTRUB
3. UPPER & DIPPER SWITCH DISTRUB
4. POWER WINDOW INDICATION BLINKING ALWAYS
5. SWITCH OF FOGLIGHT & REAR GLASS VAPOUR ARE DISTRUB FOR OFF & ON
6. REAR LEFT DOOR AUTO LOCK DISTRUB, NOT ON & OFF PROPERLY
7. FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT (LEFT SIDE TURN ALWAYS)
8. STEEARING KNOCKING SOUND
9. LEFT SIDE WHEEL SOUND AT THE TIME OF BAD ROAD
10. LEFT FRONT WHEEL RIM BAND
11. LEFT SIDE FOGLIGHT OFF
12. AND DENTING PLUS PAINT AND CHANGE LOOKING GLASS LEFT
My job card no-JC-BDMOTOR-DP1-1011-002818 (rc dt-07-02-11) for denting and job card no-JC-BDMOTOR-DP1-1011-002773 (rc dt-04-02-11).
At the dated 12-02 when i call the BdMotor for information at least 5th time a day, after then they call me for take my car. i go to BdMotors for stop my all vital work at office. i reached and they said we already test drive and please take your car. i paid all the payment by cash Rs:-7481.00 for servicing & Rs:-600.00 liability tax for denting. i take my car at 6.44 p.m then and go to my home, then i stunt that fault no-2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11 is not work. and the indoor of the car have full of dust. Paint not polished have rough. I am inform of the stuff instantly and shocked that THIS IS TATA MOTORS SERVICEING CENTRE OR NORMAL GARRAIGE.
i personally have no interest but please solve my problem, otherwise i should some take necessary action against this servicing. this is very funny my central lock is totally out and remote not worksites ridicules. if theft then who bear my car B.A.N.K or TATA MOTORS.
