Bookings discontinued for miserly uses

Due to MISERLY uses by my family (One Cyllinder in SIX months) coupled with my continued outstation halts, my booking-status is seemingly LOCKED and I was denied further bookings when tried in the last week of April (Agency Code: 99026537 under PIN:- 712309, Hooghly, West Bengal).

The AGENCY, when being deposited with a fresh set of all my relevent DOCUMENTS, personally, for renewed supplies /revalidation on 26:04: denied "DOCKETING " in contravention with the laid-down official norms.

The concerned MAN reported at 10-45 AM, on the day, in their Ist. floor office, was highly bad-mannered and found to be totally unfit for manning an AGENCY OFFICE.

Please, therefore, institute an ENQUIRY, RENEW my supplies/bookings and punish the erring person with a clear instructions for "DOCKETING" for all papers with "RECEIPTS" therefor, in future.
