Jhapatapur, kharagpur-721301, paschim Medinipore, West Bengal and dealer code G-701. then I seen on 21th July your advertisement on most popular Bengali News paper of "ANANDABAZER PATRIKA" its maruti suzuki gift "ASSURED GOLD COIN ON EVERY PURCHASE" and this Offer applicable at West Bengal dealers only, Offer valid only Estilo and includes consumer offer exchange bonus corporate offer.then I talk to our salesman, they are telling no news of our dealers. So i contact to marutisuzuki customer centra they are give phone number of regional office of Kolkata. 29th July i will take my new car, they are deduct consumer offer exchange bonus corporate offer, but not gift gold coin.then I contact regional office to Mr Om/Mr. Ravi kumar, Sales Manager telling this Offer Gold coin applicable only Kolkata circle and they are also telling it is our Printing mistake.but now we can't do for you because if you are purchasing from Howrah, Hoogly, Kalyani, North & South 24 pargana you will also get this gold coin. But I can't understand First things yours advt. clearly written 'Offer applicable at West Bengal dealers only' and also listed in this advertisement all dealers name of West Bengal. Second things Mr. Om clearly saying by phone (not advertisement on any news paper) It is applicable only for Kolkata but already gift some one and two others district of West Bengal upto 31st July.
Now! My quarry is that Why not able this gife I am also according your advertisement! I Think I am also valuable Customer of yours Company. I can't acceptance this type of openion for customer from your KolKota regional office. I know Marutisuzuki a largest company of our Country! Last three years I use Maruti car.
So, I hope I also take Good, Right & correct Clarification/Openion from you! And I Prayer I am also able this Gift item.
