Not delivery of booking reffil

I am istiyaq ahmed consumer no 18230 of indane gas.i hv booked gas on dated 5.1.2011 cash memo.1158.

in Bhadohi gas agency (sant ravi dasnager Bhadohi U.P But they have not deliverd cylender .i have registered on 14.1.2011 your feedback no.64929 but still not supply the gas cylender.so pl do needful
