We have booked 2 Honda Dio (2 wheeler) with Pashankar auto Pune on 14 Dec. We were asked to pay the full amount saying that the delivery will be made in 20-30 days. However, till date we have not received the delivery. on enquiry Pashankar mentions that they have not received the dispatch from Honda. As per rule, the delaer is supposed to be collecting money (full payment) only if the dispatch is confirmed and the vehicle is supposed to be delievred within 20 days of full payment.
