Sir,
I am a consumer of Indane Gas through M/s Bhagavathy Gas, Aroor vide consumer No.1092. I am not fully satisfied with the services they offer. I have booked a Gas Cylinder on 22.02.2012 as No.6671. They have not delivered the cylinder for the booking till date. Our existing cylinder have been completely used and nothing is left behind. I have made enquiries to them today at about 12.PM over phone. The lady who picked up the phone was behaving me in a very arrogant and indifferent way. She was even reluctant to disclose her name and had hung up the call. As i have enquired she informed that gas cylinder would be delivered only very late and hung up the call all of a sudden not making me to ask any further. Thereafter, i had contacted the office again over the phone and asked if could get a cylinder from their office if i come to the office, she screamed at me over phone saying that they won't issue the same through office and when i asked her to connect the manager or propreitor, she said that there are no such person she is the sole person left there but when i strongly asked her that i wanted to complain, she handed over the phone to a person who later introduced me as Mr. Manoj. The said person was not also pleasing to answer my grievance. He too was behaving in such a passion the lady was doing and asked me to do whatever i can. He managed to say lame excuses to conceal their negligence and unfair trade practice.
In the said circumstances i would like to request this authority to intervene in this matter and to redress my grievance at the earliest. Thanking You,
