I would like to inform that I am the customer of Bharat Bhushan Gas Services Arthala Mohan Nagar Ghaziabad. I am facing problems with this gas agency because i have booked gas online last 4th July and after waiting a long time of six day when i go to agency for the confirmation of our booking they replied that your gas will deliver within four days when i asked him the reason he said his delivery boy is on leave and then i asked his name or the concern person with whom we can talk for this concern but he did not give us the name & number. there was a very much public rush all the people facing this problem even they don't reply at once. when i asked him time to time he told me a name Sanjay is the concern person u can talk to him for this OK then i demanded him for his Mob Number he denied for the same. even i have met each & every person in the department even after waiting a long when he came and i met for the same him but he was so rude no one gave satisfied answer and also i would like to inform u that no one want to discolse their name. as i think they are too much currept and they fear for the complain.
this is a very pathatic service and also they provide open seal cylinder to the costumer and they sell black cylinder to the 10 or 12 vendors on daily basis this cause the shortage of gas and they take unnecessary time for delivery. this is a very serious issue please do it resolve as earliest as possible and take it on priority other wise we go ahead for the same.
