Cylinder Not Deliver in times

I have a connection of Bharat Gas having connection number R7588 since 18 years. Service Station is Registered in the name of ROHIT GAS AGENCY, SHIVA MARKET, SECTOR -8, MADHUBAN CHOWK, ROHINI, NEW DELHI-110052. Phone:27854368, 27857383.

Sir/Mam, I am not getting proper supplies according to the booking of Refill Gas Cylender. I am book the Gas Cylinder on dated 05-10, but till date not received the gas cylinder.

So, i am request to you, please submit the my complance and necessary action please.
