Egarding connection transfe

Dear sir, i want to draw ur attention pls that a gas connection of Bharat gas company was transfered from shree vinayak gas agency gwalior (M.P.) on 19/8 to mehar gas agency, guhana road, rohtak (Hrayana) but still i am not able to get it whenever i go to agency i am always told that it will take more 10-15 days but the condition is same. connection details :- manoj lokhande, VGS-8668
