Dear Sir,

My self Sandeep Prashar resident of V.P.O. Dhandari Kalan, Ludhiana, is informed you our problems & Please don’t ignore it.

I have purchase a new Platina 125 bike (Chassis no. MD2DDJKZZPL00966, Engine no.64556) before few months (Purchase dt.28/03) from your showroom Impact Bajaj Agency, Dada Motors, Savetri complex, Sherpur Chowk, G.T. Road, Ludhiana. First five months, the bike was fantastic but after that it’s getting me troubling again & again.

1stproblem the horn not working. I repaired it from outside.

2nd problem the self start not working, I repaired it on dt.12/09 from agencies workshop, but on dt.27/09, again not working till date.

3rd problem (I am shocked) on dt.02/10, the chain lock was broken/open in running time.

So, you say, what is my fault, why I am facing these problems.

You are requested to please solve my problems.

Today (04/10) (1st Service on dt. 30/04)

1. The Horn not working. (2nd Service on dt. 14/07)

2. The self start not working.
