Gas delivery not on time

I always book gas cylinder but the gas agency do not give us gas cylinder on time they always delay.they say that they dont have stock of cylinder.

Gas agency - address - vighnaharta agency - bharat gas supplier - koperkhairane - sec -20, navi mumbai. please take some actions. if we go and complaint in the office they do not bother the customer and ignore the complaints.
