Non delivery of refill gas cylinder after a month

Dear Sir

I am a gas consumer of bharat gas, my consumer no. is PG9774 i have booked for reffilling gas cylinder on 24/02. But till now it is not supplied by my gas agency- PRIYADARSHANI GAS AGENCY situated in Naini Dist Allahabad. Iam feeling very problem. Please looke in to the matter and solve my problem which occures mostly every month.
