Delaying to deliver the gas

Last month i was booked my gas connection still now they didt deliver, we asked them but they are teeling if u want u may bring it your self otherwise we will deliver 3 or 4 days later, this is not good we are booking the cylinder after 25 days of the last cylinder delivery, so that concern people should take a action
