Not Delivery of Cylende

I Pranati Pattnaik from Nayagarh urban area submit my soorry to inform u that have booked on 31.7.10 and get receipts on the smae and next time deposited on 24.9.2010 and get the receipts. But till today we have neither received any cylinder nor any letter from the agency. So please check the irregularity and supply the cylinder very quick for which we shall remain grate ful to you.
