Non delivery of cylinde

Dear sir,

i am the cutomer of old town.my consumer number is 33581, booking no is 323, i had booked the cylinder on 27. 7 .10, even now i have not receive the cylinder, i am reminding them everyday by ph. but not received any positive reply. i am in big problem. may be tomorrow i will b unale to cook 2morrow due to lack of coocking gas., pls do something as an emergency.
