I KAPILDEO MUNI SRIVASTAV, I CONSUMER OF BHARAT GAS SERVICE YOUR BRANCH M/S DEORIA GAS SERVICE DEORIA [U.P.] MY SV. NO. IS 501480218 AND COUSUMER NO. IS DG10274.

THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER HOME DELIVERY WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BOUCHER ISSUED.

BUT IN THESE DAYS BEFORE 6 MONTH HE ACT HIS ON RULE AND REGULATION AND NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION PUBLICILY OR NOTICE BOARD. IN THIS TIME, FIRST STEP HE BOOKED ON CARD AFTER 21DAYS, ISSSUED CYLENDR DATE, SECOND STEP 15 DAYS AFTER BOOKING DATE HE ISSUED BOUCHER AND KEEP HOME DELIVERY AND AFTER HOME DELIVERY, ITS NOT CERTAIN HOW YOUR CYLENDR DELIVER.

HERE IS THIS MONTH I BOOKED MY CARD ON DATED 11/11/09 AFTER 15 DAYS HE ISSUED BOUCHER AND KEEP HOME DELIVERY ON DATED 24/11/09 AFTER THIS DATE I GIVE FOUR COMPLAINTS TO NON DELIVERY OF GAS BUT TILL DATE NOT DELIVER CYLENDR BY HIM.

WHEN I WENT HIS GODAM TO TAKEN MY CYLENDER I SAW THERE HE KEEP A NEW GORAKH DHANDHA THAT HIS EMPLOYEE GIVE ANSWER THAT GAS CYLENDER IS NOT AVALIABLE AT THIS TIME WHEN CYLENDER IS AVAILABLE THAN DISTRIBUTE. BUT BEHIND GODAM HIS HAWKAR AND EMPLOYEE BOTH ARE ENVOLVED BLACK CYLENDER RS 400/ONLE AND BEHIND GODAM EAISLY AVAILABEL CYLENDER.

SO I REQUEST YOU KINDLY GIVE PROPER RESPONSE ON MY COMPLAINT M/S DEORIA GAS SERVICE DEORIA [U.P.] AS SOON POSSIBLE.
